 After twenty years of closing acquisition for private equity and other family investment funds, Joe Dunn, founded Dunn and Dunn, Inc. in order to acquire middle market companies that would benefit from a long term stable buyer.

Mr. Dunn received an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
