Acquisition Criteria:  

Our acquisition structures can be highly creative to accommodate tax and personal needs of the seller and management.   Although no criteria of ours is absolute, we do require a controlling interest, require the business to be based in North America and candidates should satisfy most of the following criteria:

– Profitable industrial product manufacturing and distribution
– Company is able to continue without significant change
– $5 to $50 million of Revenue, minimum earnings approaching $1 million up to $10 million.  We will work with our long term proven financial partners for larger transactions.
